Michelle is the CEO of Yoke, leading the business across strategy, brand and culture. As an ex-adviser and stockbroker, she brings direct experience of the financial advice sector and a clear understanding of what advisers need from outsourced paraplanning, administration and client servicing support. An award-winning entrepreneur who has also contributed to sector publications, Michelle combines strategic leadership with commercial insight, helping financial advisers grow their firms with confidence.

Shaunagh is the COO of Yoke and has more than 10 years of senior operational experience. She specialises in process design, efficiency and growth support for financial advisers, with particular strength in building scalable workflows, improving fee-charging processes and creating structure that helps firms grow. With a sharp eye for detail, Shaunagh helps shape the operational standards behind Yoke’s outsourced paraplanning, administration and client servicing support.

Kellie is Client Services Director at Yoke, where she helps financial advisers manage their outsourced support teams with consistency and confidence. She is key to maintaining efficient workflows, strong communication and a collaborative working relationship between Yoke and adviser firms. Linda plays an important role in keeping Yoke organised, financially well managed and running smoothly behind the scenes.
